Role: Throughly understands the development and process of application. Provides an approachable training guide for all business staff. 

Incorporating This Role: Allow us to create all training materials for your technology needs and provide departments with onboarding documentation.

Expertise: All of our instructional designers have a background in education and have made the transition to technology.  They ensure all materials are adaptable to the learner.

Role: Lead test plan creation, then create test suites aligned to your epics and feature requests for more robust coverage. 

Incorporating This Role: Get a head start on automated test scenarios, and offload the strain placed on your programmers and subject matter experts.

Expertise: Fully aware of test case automation technologies and test case traceability in your agile board.
